To get creases out of your patio mat:

1. A hairdryer can be used to heat the crease before using any of these methods.

2. Back-roll or reverse-roll the mat. This is the easiest way to deal with a mat that does not sit flat. Fold the mat in the opposite direction it curls or creases.

3. Place heavy furniture or weight on the mat. This should accelerate the settling time.

4. Wait for the mat to settle on its own. Use water to wet the mat, place it outdoors under the sun in temperatures between 70-85 degrees Fahrenheit. Direct sunlight for several hours should help the mat release tension naturally. It will also make it easier to attempt reverse-rolling.

Thank you for your patience!
